Sanjey Kumar Bhatiya – Director Strategic Planning & Development
A seasoned hotelier who has handled precious assignments in his career span of 22 years. Last assignments were THE DIRECTOR OPERATIONS FOR JJ Hotels & resorts handling Multi Unit Operations, Central Reservations and MICE operations PAN India and AREA GENERAL MANAGER of Spree Hotels & Resorts (Unit of Royal Orchid Hotels) handling operations of 4 units and pre-opening of 3 more properties in Maharashtra region.
Hailing from a small town of Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow) he has over the years made his place in the hospitality industry. He has successfully spearheaded the Group hotel operations. With two decades of Hospitality experience in India and abroad Sanjey has held many key assignments with organizations such as Holiday Inn World Wide, Radisson and the ITC Sheraton before he moved on to Royal Caribbean Cruise Liners & Apollo Ship Chandlers where he spent 10 years. During his association with the ESSEL GROUP in India Sanjey was involved with the pre-Opening (design, built and implement) CASINO operations on a vessel (MAHARAJA) in Goa, in addition he also strengthened the company’s presence Pan India by developing a chain of SPORTS BARS across the country. Sanjey is currently focusing his strategies on strengthening his recently launched company “One Earth Hotels” position and business development. Sanjey brings with him immense knowledge of corporate FIT, MICE, Travel trade, catering sales & Sanitation, Public Health, HACCP and Hygiene along with excellent interpersonal skills and confidence building abilities to provide world class services and help Hotel owners in generating better revenues and see better top lines.

Aashu’s career started with unit reservations (@Hyatt Regency New Delhi) post which he moved to manage central reservations with IHG hotels. Then over to operations, with Holiday Inn Gem Park Ooty (currently operating as Gem Park Ooty) as Front Office Manager and then to the pre-opening assignment with Radisson White Sands Resort Goa (currently operating as Zuri White Sands Goa) and then moved internally as Director Front Office with the iconic resort of Radisson Plaza Resort & Spa Kumarakom (currently operating as Zuri Kumarakom).
Moving to sales within the same company, he moved to Gurgaon to manage the sales for his company’s hotel’s in Goa and Kumarakom and started with corporate sales and gradually adding onto travel trade and MICE. With his sales hat, he supported Radisson Goa & Kumarakom, Ramada Caravela Beach Resort Goa, Hilton New Delhi Janakpuri, Wyndham Dwarka, Ista/Hyatt Ahmedabad, Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara and most recently with Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi Airport.
