Hotel Policy
- Check-Out Timing: Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any delays without prior notice will result in additional charges equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Check-In Timing: While we offer 24-hour check-in, the earliest check-in time is 2:00 PM.
- Early Arrivals: If you’re arriving early (e.g., 3:00–4:00 AM), we recommend booking the previous night to ensure your room is ready upon arrival. You are welcome to relax in our restaurant area if you choose not to book an additional night.
- Guests Under 18: Guests below 18 years of age are welcome to stay, but only when accompanied by parents or guardians.
- Payment Policy: Full payment for your stay is required at the time of check-in unless already settled in advance.
- Booking Confirmation: To secure your booking, an advance payment of 50%-100% of the total amount may be requested by our reservations team at any time after booking.
- Non-Cancellable Bookings: Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the check-in process is complete.
- Taxes: Prices are exclusive of GST, which will be charged as per applicable government rates.
- Valid Identification: For Indian nationals, a valid Government-issued Photo ID and Address Proof (e.g., Aadhar Card, Driving Licence) is required. For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa are mandatory. Please note that Student IDs and PAN Cards are not accepted as valid proof.
- Visitor Policy: Non-resident guests and visitors are not permitted on the premises.
- Extensions: To extend your stay, please visit the front desk between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Extensions are subject to availability and current pricing. Payment must be made in advance.
- Non-Refundable Offers: Payments for bookings made under special offers or promotions are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation Requests: Cancellations must be communicated via email to the property’s designated email ID before the free cancellation period expires. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
- Third-Party Bookings: If you booked through a travel agency or OTA (e.g., Booking.com, Goibibo), all modifications or cancellations must be handled directly through the respective platform.
- Non-Smoking Policy: All our rooms are non-smoking. A fine of INR 2000 will be charged for any instances of smoking in the room.
- Damage Policy: Any damages to our property will incur a replacement cost equivalent to the original state of the item, plus an administration fee of INR 5000.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Free cancellations are available up to 2 days before the check-in date. For cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, the full reservation amount will be charged.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made within the applicable cancellation period provided at the time of booking. Special cancellation policies may apply for blackout dates, group bookings, or promotional offers, and these will be communicated during the booking process.
- Refund Timeline: Eligible refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days upon receipt of the required bank details. Refunds cannot be processed through Google Pay or other UPI payment methods.
